CompanionBooked takes the vendor juggling out of veterinary practice ownership: front-desk software, your website and your marketing, handled by our team on one monthly plan. Each month you see new clients and revenue by ad.

Your week

Five vendors, and not one can say which ad worked

Right now one company sends your reminders, another runs the phones, a third handles booking, a fourth hosts the website and an agency buys the ads. You get five invoices and five reports, and none can say which ad brought in Tuesday's new puppy.

On one plan our team runs all five. A monthly report shows new clients and the revenue they brought, ad by ad.

CompanionBooked's results by ad: spend, new clients and the revenue each Google, Facebook and Nextdoor campaign brought.
  • Five logins
  • Five bills
  • Reports that clash
  • One plan
  • Results by ad
  • One team

The animal hospital's website on a phone with "Christmas Eve: we close at noon" as its headline.

    A lapsed client rebooks

Biscuit hasn't been in for 20 months. Your practice number texts an open time, and the dental gets booked.

  • Lunchtime· Review reply

A two-star Google review about a long wait, with a calm reply posted by our team and the practice manager told.

    A review answered

A pet parent leaves two stars about a long wait. Our team posts a calm reply that never mentions the pet, and flags it to your manager.

We write and build the website, bring your number across and connect your PIMS so bookings and reminders match.

  3. Each role taught its part

Your client and pet list comes over with every household intact. We show the CSRs the inbox and phone app, the techs the pickup texts, and each DVM the AI scribe, so nobody learns it from a manual.

Owner FAQs

Owners' usual questions

Type ads, data or report and the list narrows to match.

8 questions

How do I win more new clients?

We handle ads on Google and Facebook, local SEO and review requests, and you sign off on the plan each month. You stay a DVM, not a marketer.

Does it talk to our PIMS?

Yes. Bookings, reminders and messages flow both ways between it and your PIMS.

What will I pay?

We go over pricing on a 30-minute call. Bring what you pay now for reminders, phones, booking, the website and marketing, and we'll compare it line by line with one plan.

And if I want to leave?

There's no contract; it's month to month, so you can leave whenever the plan stops paying for itself.

Do I give up my data if I leave?

No. Your client and pet records live in your PIMS and stay yours, and we export your contacts on request.

Can I see what's working?

Yes. A monthly report shows new clients and revenue by ad.

Am I writing ad copy?

No. Our team writes and runs them for you.

Is setup extra?

No. Setup comes at no extra charge.
