Is our PIMS supported?
Yes, bookings and reminders flow into your PIMS.
How much would we pay?
We go over pricing on a 30-minute call. There's no contract; it's month to month.
When would we be live?
Live in 14 days. Our people handle setup, import your clients and their pets, and train everyone who'll use it.
Will my CSRs be replaced?
No, it covers the calls your CSRs can't reach: overflow in the morning rush, the lunch hour and after close. Anything it can't book waits for them as a short summary, and the desk stays theirs.
Do pet parents need to get an app?
No, reminders, forms and pay links work by text; the app is optional.
