5 questions
What gets covered in the demo?
It's a free 30-minute call, on video or phone. Our team reviews how your phones, booking and Google presence work today, shows the plan running with your services, then quotes a monthly price.
Can you show it with my PIMS?
Yes. On the call you'll watch a booking, a reminder and a message reach your PIMS and get written back into it.
Will you push a long contract?
No. There's no contract; it's month to month. There's no setup fee either, and you're live in 14 days.
Who joins the call, and who should I bring?
You'll talk with someone from our team who knows vet front desks and practice marketing. On your side, bring whoever owns the phones and the website, usually the practice manager, plus the owner DVM if they sign. A head CSR is welcome too: they know where calls get missed.
What do I need ready?
Only your site's address and a sense of when the phones peak. Our team pulls up the rest before the call.
